NYS Pistol Permit Class (16 + 2)

Two day NYS Pistol Permit Class (16 + 2)

Sunday, November 8 and Saturday, November 14, 2026 

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day; both days are required.

Open to the public.

Members/Family Members $150; Non-Members $200. 

Payment online only.

Minimum of 4, maximum of 10.

A waitlist will be created and additional classes will be scheduled as needed.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Walk-ins not accepted.

Registration deadline:  Thursday, November 5, 2026

To register, email Training@helderbergrgc.org and include all of the following required information for each registrant: 

• First and Last Name
• Date of Birth - must be at least 21 years of age as of the date of the class (you may apply earlier if you have been honorably discharged from military service).
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• New Applicant or Removing Restrictions
• County of Residence
• Club Member Name and relationship to Club Member.  (Non-Members please indicate that status).
• Missing or incomplete information may delay registration

The Clubhouse, the Indoor Range and the covered range directly behind and attached to the Clubhouse ("Rifle Range") are all

CLOSED Sunday, November 8, 2026 and

Saturday, November 14, 2026 

8 AM to 6 PM 

All other Outdoor Ranges are open.
